🔍 Hiring: D365 CRM & Power Platform Architect
📌 Experience: 11–14 Years

🧾 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM & Power Platform Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This role will bridge business needs with technical delivery and drive end-to-end solution architecture.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Design solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform
- Translate business requirements into technical designs
- Provide architectural guidance across D365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure & Power Pages
- Lead Dataverse data model, security, and architecture design
- Define integration architecture using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and compliance
- Guide ALM, deployment strategies, and environment governance
- Resolve complex design and integration challenges
- Collaborate with QA & release teams for smooth deployments
- Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and estimations
🧠 Required Skills
- 11–14 years of experience in D365 CRM & Power Platform
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service modules)
- Hands-on with Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages
- Experience in plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse (data model, security, business units)
- Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
- Integration experience with Azure services & REST APIs
- Experience in ALM & solution deployments
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps & Agile methodologies
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Dual Write (F&O)
- Exposure to Field Service module
- Microsoft certifications preferred
