- The role is responsible for providing functional & technical discovery, qualification, and solution mapping for new sales opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- In addition, this role will be the primary point of intersection with the Sales & Delivery team with respect to pre-sales client project definition and scoping to assure an effective transition of client projects from sales to services.
- Support all presales requests for all of MS Dynamics 365 modules.
- Perform initial assessment.
- Create rough order of magnitude budget.
- Collaborate to deliver value-driven solution presentation to qualify opportunities.
- Perform in-depth discovery on prospects' current and desired functional requirements.
- Determine solution scope based on industry best practices.
- Perform technical qualification of prospect's business management systems environment.
- Create and deliver solution, not product, demonstrations including the setup and configuration of necessary demo systems/software environments.
- Provide input to prospects' RFP responses.
- Assure the smooth hand-off/transfer of the technical knowledge and key contact relationships to Business Central Service and Delivery team once prospects' Engagement Letters and contracts are finalized.
