📍 Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon
💼 Experience: 4–10 Years (Consultant / Senior Consultant / Manager)
🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our Customer team. You will work closely with clients to design, configure, and deliver tailored CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client satisfaction.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement discovery sessions and perform fit-gap analysis
- Design, configure, and implement solutions across D365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
- Customize CRM components including entities, workflows, and business processes
- Prepare functional documentation, solution design, and user guides
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support
- Perform testing & quality assurance to ensure business requirements are met
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and project managers
- Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations effectively
🛠️ Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with D365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
- Strong expertise in Discovery & Fit-Gap Analysis
- Experience in configuration & customization of CRM solutions
- Good understanding of CRM architecture & business processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with D365 Project Operations
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Understanding of security model in D365 CRM
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
🎓 Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent
- 3–6 years (for Consultant roles) | 6+ years (for Senior Consultant / Manager roles)
