Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in X++, integrations, reporting, and deployment processes, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Build scalable solutions using X++, extensions framework, and Microsoft best practices.
- Develop and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, OData, AIF, and custom services.
- Create and enhance reports using SSRS and Electronic Reporting (ER).
- Support data migration activities using DMF/DIXF tools.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Manage deployments across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments using Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
- Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical development.
- Expertise in X++, Visual Studio, and extensions-based development.
- Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, OData, AIF).
- Experience with SSRS reporting and Electronic Reporting (ER).
- Knowledge of data migration tools (DMF/DIXF).
- Familiarity with LCS and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
