We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and customize solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies, along with hands-on experience in CRM customization, integrations, and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform administration, implementation, customization, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Design and develop custom modules, entities, plugins, and workflows within the CRM environment.
- Customize CRM forms, views, dashboards, and business logic using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and Web Services.
- Develop and implement business process flows, including stages, steps, conditional branching, and role-driven processes.
- Build and maintain client-side scripting and enhance UI/UX using HTML and JavaScript.
- Create and manage entity relationships, configure cascading rules, and work with hierarchical data structures.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management aligned with SDLC practices.
- Work with tools like Azure DevOps for version control and deployment automation.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and follow best practices.
Required Technical Skills- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customization & Development)
- Proficiency in:
- C#, ASP.NET Framework, Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Hands-on experience in:
- Plugins, workflows, and custom workflows
- Business Process Flows and automation
- Entity customization and sitemap configuration
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC methodologies
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics
- Strong understanding of data modeling, relationships, and CRM architecture
Qualifications & Competencies- Ability to design end-to-end CRM solutions by mapping business requirements to technical implementations
- Strong knowledge of best practices in development, security, unit testing, and documentation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ensure high-quality technical architecture and application design
- Self-driven with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Exposure to cloud-based deployments on Azure
