Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academy Lead to manage and drive the operations of JSE Engineering Academy in Vizag. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing academic activities, business development, team management, and ensuring the overall growth and success of the academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the academy
- Drive student admissions and achieve enrollment targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business growth
- Oversee academic quality, training delivery, and student satisfaction
- Manage and mentor faculty, counselors, and support staff
- Build partnerships with colleges, institutions, and industry stakeholders
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company standards
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Handle student queries, feedback, and grievance resolution
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility
Qualifications & Requirement's:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-10 Years Experience preferred
- Proven experience in academic management, training institutes, or education sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Business development and target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle operations independently
