Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues to minimize downtime. Customer Support: Provide technical support to radiologists and technologists, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain precise service records, documentation, and Field Change Orders (FCO). Safety Compliance: Adhere to FDA, local, and company regulations regarding radiation safety and equipment standards.
