AI/ML Engineer

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Location: Bangalore / Mangalore Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ years CTC- Up to 28lpa About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable ML systems, working with generative AI models, and implementing end-to-end AI pipelines. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and deliver impactful solutions across diverse problem statements. Roles and Responsibilities Design and implement ML models for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, and computer vision. Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment. Optimize model performance and ensure production-grade robustness. Build, fine-tune, and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as summarization, Q&A, content generation, and code synthesis. Work with relational knowledge graphs to model complex data relationships. Apply declarative logic and reasoning frameworks for insights from structured data. Integrate AI models into production systems using APIs or microservices. Collaborate with DevOps/ML-Ops teams for automated deployment and monitoring. Ensure model explainability, fairness, and adherence to ethical AI practices. Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and engineering teams. Document model architecture, data pipelines, and performance metrics. Participate in code reviews and define best practices for AI/ML development. Required Skills · Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers. · Experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, DALL·E). · Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and model evaluation techniques. · Expertise in relational data modeling and knowledge graph tools (SQL, RDF, SPARQL, RelationalAI). · Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone) and RAG frameworks. · Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration tools. · Experience with Streamlit, Gradio, Flask for prototyping. · Cloud exposure: AWS / Azure. · Understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes for ML deployments. · Strong communication and collaboration skills. Required Experience · 5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles. · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence
