</div><div>We are hiring a <strong>Plumbing Apprentice / Service Technician</strong> with <strong>1–3 years of experience</strong> to join our growing residential service team.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a <strong>hands-on training role</strong> where you will work directly with a <strong>Journeyman Plumber</strong> while earning strong pay, bonuses, and long-term career growth.<br><br>
</div><div>What You’ll Do:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assist with residential plumbing service & repairs</li>
<li>Drain cleaning, water heaters, pumps, faucets, rough-ins</li>
<li>Learn to handle service calls from basic to complex</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, professional work vehicle</li>
</ul><div>Schedule:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Monday–Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)</li>
<li>2 Saturdays/month + 1 Sunday/month</li>
<li>❌ No on-call or night shifts</li>
</ul><div>Requirements:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Maryland Apprentice License (Required)</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license (clean record)</li>
<li>Good communication & customer skills</li>
<li>Professional, reliable, and motivated</li>
</ul><div>Pay & Benefits:<br><br>

<li>$27–$35/hour (based on experience)</li>
<li>Guaranteed 40 hours + overtime</li>
<li>10% bonus on sales over $30K/month</li>
