JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: S&D TRAINER (MASS RETAIL)
THE BUSINESS:
Airtel has dedicated Distributors that service the market on a pan-India basis through which the Telecom Company sells its various offerings to the retailers, and who in turn sell to end consumers. The Market is serviced through Airtel Sales Executives who cover the Market in a systematic Permanent Journey plan and Promoters who directly sell to consumers by engaging in an umbrella activity. Each Distributor is assigned a geographic territory.

- Recharge
- MNP and Acquisition
- APB
- Wifi
- DTH & IPTV
JOB Role:
3 Key job roles-
- One Airtel Distribution Training – Distributor & Fleet (ASC, Prom, Dispatcher & Installer)
- Learning App- Cohort based Training Refreshers.
- Cascades – Any new roll out- New Product, New process, New ways of working.
- To enable the Sales Team to sell all Products through Training interventions
- New Hire Induction Programs for all Mass Retail Sales Fleet- Promoters, ASC, Dispatchers, Installers
Mode of Training:
- Offline classroom sessions
- Online Sessions for locations where it is not possible to reach
- On-the-Job Coaching
Content Delivery :
The trainer has to impart training to Participants on :
- Product Knowledge
- Selling Story – need analysis, pitch and objection handling
- Tools- Use of Apps for customer onboardings
TRAINER PROFILE:
Work Experience: 3-5 Years of Sales Experience
Preferably with Beat Training experience in Telecom (Oppo, Vivo or Jio/Vodafone Preferred)
Locations:
Mumbai, Aurangabad, Hyderabad & Bangalore
Joining Timeline: Immediate Joiner
BOOTCAMP: Trainers will need to attend on line bootcamp of 7-8 Days duration
Mandatory: Candidate needs to have their own Laptop & 2-wheeler
Communication Skills: Ability to converse in English and the vernacular
Computer Literacy: Basic Excel skills
