Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day on-site interior work and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to streamline operations. Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to management and clients. Ensure all installations (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) comply with design plans and safety regulations. Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, site photographs, and inventory. Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally. Conduct quality checks and ensure timely snag list closures. Track and manage material usage and site labor efficiency. Assist in project handover and client walkthroughs. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. 0-5 years of experience in interior site supervision or operations. Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and interior execution processes. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar project tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
