Come and join us! πŸ“ Location: Brighton (2 days per week in Brighton office, 3 days working from home) πŸ’– Department: Product & Customer πŸš€ Reports to: Lead UX Designer πŸ“… Position type: Full time, Permanent We are looking for a hands-on UX Designer with front-end coding experience to help scale our experimentation and personalisation efforts at MPB – the world's largest platform for used photography and videography gear πŸ“ΈπŸŽ₯ Reporting into our Lead UX Designer and working closely with Product, CRM, and Engineering, this role sits at the intersection of design, experimentation, and light front-end implementation. You'll be laser-focused on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and On-Platform Personalisation (OPP) – helping us deliver tailored, data-driven user experiences using tools like Bloomreach. This is a do-the-work role, with real impact across our customer journey at scale πŸ’₯ If you are an experienced UX Designer who's excited about experimentation, confident with HTML/CSS/JS, and passionate about making measurable change, we want to hear from you!
