Blockchain EngineerRemote - Singapore | Dubai | Hong Kong | Abu DhabiWe are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer with Web3 expertise to join our client on a remote basis.As part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing new features and upgrades. Responsibilities:  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define, design, and deploy new featuresDevelop and optimize for secure, high-quality code, including integrations with smart contracts and other on-chain data & services. Integrate blockchain technology with front-end and back-end systems. Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the highest quality standards. Monitor technical performance and troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes & enhancements. Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in blockchain and related technology.  Requirements/Skill Sets:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (at least 3 to 5 years) as a Full Stack Developer or Engineer working with Web3 (of which preferably DeFi) projects. Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum / Solidity, Solana / Rust, etc. Strong knowledge of Web3 libraries / tools, such as web3.js, ethers.js, IPFS, MetaMask, WallectConnect, various token standards, etc. Experience with front-end development using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Figma, Slack, and Notion. Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for tokenized Real-World Assets (RWA). Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team located across the world. Driven, with strong willingness to learn and adapt rapidly to evolving landscapes within Web3, as well as changing business needs. What's on Offer:360,000AED ($100,000USD) per annumBenefits packageRemote workingTo find out more please send an up to date resume to shauna.okeeffe@mparecruitment.ca
