About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-10 years of experience in SEO, performance marketing, content strategy, paid campaigns, and analytics. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in SEO best practices, paid advertising (Google & Meta), email marketing, and data-driven campaign optimization to drive brand visibility, organic traffic, and conversions. Key Responsibilities 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Strategy Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for higher search rankings. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance online visibility. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and website content. 2. Paid Advertising (PPC & SEM) Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns. Perform A/B testing to improve conversion rates. Manage advertising budgets and optimize bids for maximum ROI. 3. Social Media Marketing (SMM) Develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies. Manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to increase audience engagement. Track and analyze social media performance metrics and refine strategies as needed. 4. Email Marketing & Automation Design and execute email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue. Segment audiences and personalize email content to improve engagement rates. Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly. 5. Website & Conversion Optimization (CRO) Enhance website performance through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Optimize landing pages for higher lead generation. Implement Google Tag Manager, heatmaps, and UTM tracking for better analytics. 6. Data Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and CRM analytics. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Continuously analyze data to enhance digital marketing strategies.
