About the Role:

We're looking for a Software Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our core development team. You’ll be working across the stack on a high-impact fintech product, using modern technologies such as NestJS, React, MySQL, Redis, and GCP, alongside AI-powered infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and scale both frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve our product and processes.

Required Qualification:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field from a university
• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in React and modern frontend development practices
• Experience with Node.js/NestJS and relational databases (MySQL)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Team player with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset
• Experience with Redis, GCP, or AI-related technologies- an advantage
• Startup experience or working in fast-paced environments- an advantage
