About the role

As Head of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for building and leading the enterprise sales team. You will define and execute the sales strategy, identify and acquire new enterprise-level customers, and manage a team of sales executives. This is a critical role for the company's growth as we continue to scale our enterprise business.Key Responsibilities:- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team- Develop a sales strategy and execution plan to acquire new enterprise customers- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, for complex enterprise deals- Work closely with other teams (e.g. product, marketing, customer success) to drive customer acquisition and retention- Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize the sales process and team performance- Provide mentorship and coaching to the sales team to continuously improve their skills and results
