Head of Data & Analytics

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Data & Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading our data and analytics function, driving data-driven decision making across the business. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify key data and analytics initiatives that can create value for the business and our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and implementing our data and analytics strategy, building the right infrastructure, tools and processes to enable high-quality, reliable and actionable insights - Building a high-performing data and analytics team, recruiting and developing top talent - Partnering with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs, and delivering solutions that drive impact - Establishing data governance, security and compliance processes to ensure the integrity and appropriate use of data - Driving a data-driven culture, evangelising the value of data and analytics, and empowering the wider organisation to make more informed decisions We are looking for someone with: - 8+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership roles, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams - Strong technical background in data engineering, data science and analytics, with expertise in tools and technologies like SQL, Python, Tableau, etc. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights - Experience in defining and implementing data and analytics strategies, and driving cultural change in organisations - Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving
