Remote · Part-time · Flexible hours We're building an AI-powered micro-coach that lives in Slack and Teams to help people take short, science-based breaks during the workday 🧠✨ You'll work with Python + LLMs to build real features, prototype new ideas, and explore how AI can support wellbeing at work. No production experience needed — just curiosity, initiative, and some hands-on tinkering with AI. Bonus if you're interested in Ethical AI or have a passion for healthy habits & behavior change 🧡 🛠️ What you'll do: • Build AI agents and LLM-driven features • Explore prompt engineering & conversational flows • Help shape the future of our micro-coach 💡 Who we're looking for: • You've hacked projects using LLMs or other AI tools • You learn by building and are comfortable with Python • Non-linear paths very welcome!
