Job details:
- CIPET, ITI PPO, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in manpower handling and shop floor coordination is mandatory.
- Knowledge of injection moulding process and machine operations.
- Understanding of engineering plastics processing such as Polycarbonate, Nylon, and ABS will be an added advantage.
- Responsible for production monitoring, quality checking, mould changeover support, and maintaining production targets.
- Ability to handle machine breakdown support and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
- Knowledge of safety practices and shopfloor discipline required.
