Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Moulding Machine Supervisor to join our team at our Greater Delhi Area facility. The role involves overseeing moulding machine operations, ensuring production efficiency and timely delivery, and optimizing efficiency within the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, conducting routine maintenance, supervising staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, and collaborating with cross-department teams to address production challenges.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management, with the ability to oversee efficient manufacturing processes and schedules.
- Proficiency in Quality Control to ensure high-quality output aligns with company and client standards.
- Strong skills in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization and continual improvement.
- Ability to lead and supervise teams, effectively manage resources, and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills for collaborative operations and quick decision-making.
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes and industrial equipment maintenance is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
