Loco Castings Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible Moulding Incharge to oversee day-to-day moulding operations at our facility in BAPL Industrial Park, Andal, West Bengal.
This role is for someone who understands foundry workflows inside out and can manage both production and people without chaos.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage moulding operations on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets are met without compromising quality
- Monitor sand preparation, moulding processes, and casting readiness
- Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of equipment
- Handle manpower planning, shift allocation, and team coordination
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects
- Coordinate with melting, fettling, and quality teams
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in railway foundry/moulding operations (preferred)
- Strong understanding of moulding techniques and materials
- Ability to handle teams and work under production pressure
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate (technical background preferred)

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience)
