Motorola Solutions is seeking a motivated and energetic Apprentice Trainee to join its Sales team in Bangalore. The selected candidate will work closely with the Sales Head and be exposed to various aspects of sales strategy, client engagement, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities Assist the Sales Head in developing presentations, proposals, and sales reports Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and business opportunities Maintain and update CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce is an added advantage Schedule, coordinate, and participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups Support in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer visits Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies and ensure smooth execution Maintain documentation and ensure timely communication across stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) Fresh graduates or candidates from the batch of 2023 and 2024 are eligible to apply Strong interest in sales and business development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
