Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of motor insurance sales executives.
- Drive daily sales targets and ensure team productivity.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Conduct team huddles, training sessions, and motivational activities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Handle escalations and support team members in closing sales.
- Maintain strong knowledge of motor insurance products, renewals, and policy processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth policy issuance and customer servicing.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales compliance standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of motor insurance sales and policy processes.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good reporting and MS Excel knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in motor insurance sales/team handling.
- Graduation preferred.
- Experience in telesales or insurance sales process will be an added advantage.
