Key Responsibilities
- Claims Handling: Efficiently register, assess, and process motor claims, ensuring timely resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to verify claim details, establish liability, and work closely with surveyors to gather all relevant information.
- Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for policyholders, providing regular updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding their claims.
- Settlement Negotiation: Evaluate repair estimates, negotiate settlements, and advocate for fair outcomes for both the company and the policyholder.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims activities.
