This is not a sit-back-and-wait role—this is a front-line sales position for someone who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and winning. </div><div>You’ll be responsible for delivering a top-tier customer experience from first contact to final handshake, helping customers find the right machine while turning leads into long-term relationships. We provide the tools, training, and support—you bring the hustle. <br><br>

<strong>Sales Associate Responsibilities</strong> <br><br>

<li>Qualify customer needs and match them with the right motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or powersports unit </li>
<li>Engage customers in person, online, and by phone with energy, confidence, and professionalism </li>
<li>Present products, features, and benefits clearly and persuasively </li>
<li>Follow up aggressively and consistently on all leads, appointments, and unsold traffic </li>
<li>Build strong relationships that drive repeat business and referrals </li>
<li>Work closely with F&I, service, and parts to ensure smooth and timely deliveries </li>
<li>Stay sharp on inventory, promotions, financing options, and industry trends </li>
<li>Maintain accurate notes and sales documentation </li>
<li>Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals </li>
<li>Represent Motoplex USA with pride, integrity, and a competitive edge </li>
