</div><div>Our Parts Associate assist customers and technicians by accurately identifying, selling, and ordering parts using catalogs and a variety of software systems. This role supports inventory control, warranty and return processing, and delivers excellent customer service in a fast-paced powersports environment. <br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Powersports Parts Associate Responsibilities</strong> <br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assist all retail and service customers in selecting the correct parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner </li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service to every internal and external customer </li>
<li>Sell parts over the counter, through the service department, and over the phone </li>
<li>Utilize OEM parts catalogs and dealership management systems (DMS) to accurately identify, price, and order parts </li>
<li>Accurately pull, stage, and distribute parts orders for technicians and customers </li>
<li>Receive, check in, and stock incoming parts shipments </li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper binning, labeling, cycle counts, and inventory control procedures </li>
<li>Process parts returns and warranty-related parts in accordance with OEM and dealership policies </li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation for warranty parts, cores, and returns, including tagging and timely submission </li>
<li>Keep parts displays, shelves, and storage areas properly stocked, labeled, and organized </li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized parts department by disposing of packaging, sweeping floors, and dusting parts bins daily </li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For</strong> <br><br>

<li>Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred </li>
<li>Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to professionally handle customer concerns </li>
<li>Passion for powersports and the industry </li>
<li>Solid work history with experience in parts or related fields </li>
<li>Commitment to delivering your best work every day </li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li>Excellent customer service and sales skills </li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone </li>
<li>Proven ability to listen, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership sales </li>
