Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphics Designer role based in Mumbai. The Motion Graphics Designer will create engaging motion graphics and visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, video content, and brand storytelling initiatives. Responsibilities include designing and animating graphics, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives, and assisting in video production workflows as needed. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across all motion and graphic design outputs, optimizing content for various platforms, and staying current with industry trends and tools relevant to motion design.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills, with the ability to create polished, dynamic visual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including basic editing, compositing, and understanding of video formats and workflows.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with a solid grasp of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with digital content formats.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand aesthetics, preferably within lifestyle or F&B sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
