Job Description
We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and animation. You'll work closely with the marketing, brand, and product teams to create high-quality motion content across social media, product explainers, campaigns, events, and employer branding. If you think in frames, love storytelling through movement, and are comfortable owning end-to-end creative execution, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Conceptualise and produce motion graphics for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), digital ads, and brand campaigns
- Design and animate product explainer videos, feature walkthroughs, and demo reels that simplify complex B2B concepts
- Collaborate with content, growth, and demand gen teams to create visual assets for campaigns, webinars, and events
- Develop templates and animated visual systems that maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Support employer branding initiatives with motion content for culture storytelling, hiring campaigns, and internal communications
- Edit and produce short-form video content optimised for various formats and platforms
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously with strong attention to timelines and quality
What we are looking for
- 6-9 years of experience in motion graphics and video production, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or digital marketing environment
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator; familiarity with tools like Lottie, Figma, or Cinema 4D is a plus
- Strong sense of design fundamentals- typography, colour, layout, and visual storytelling
- Ability to translate complex product concepts and messaging into engaging, accessible visual formats
- A portfolio showcasing a range of motion work- social content, explainer videos, brand films, or UI animations
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while being a collaborative team player
Good to have
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or martech company
- Understanding of performance marketing formats (display ads, native video, reels) and their specs
- Experience with Lottie animations for web/app integration
- Basic voiceover or audio editing capabilities
