Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphics Designer role based in Kolkata. The Motion Graphics Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, product videos, social media content, and brand communication assets. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing visual ideas, designing storyboards, producing motion design elements, and collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to translate business objectives into engaging visual content. The role involves working closely with video production teams to integrate motion graphics into edited footage, optimizing content for different platforms and formats, and maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials. The designer will also contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and support continuous improvement of visual standards and workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Motion Graphics and Motion Design for digital content and brand storytelling.
- Experience in Video Production, including collaboration with editors and producers for integrated visual output.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and working with Graphics assets to create cohesive visual layouts.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Ability to translate concepts into clear visual narratives through storyboarding and animation.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of timing, composition, and typography.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Animation, Design, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in creating content for tech, SaaS, or digital marketing environments is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and openness to feedback and collaborative work.
