Role Overview3minds is looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer who can craft visually compelling animations and motion graphics for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, storytelling skills, and hands-on experience in 2D/3D animation, video editing, and emerging AI-driven creative tools to produce impactful visual content.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging motion graphics, explainer videos, social media animations, and digital content across multiple platforms.
- Design and produce 2D/3D animations, logo animations, character animations, typography animations, and image montages.
- Develop storyboards, animatics, and conceptual layouts to communicate creative ideas clearly.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams at 3 Minds Digital to bring concepts to life through motion.
- Edit and assemble video content with a strong understanding of timing, pacing, sound design, and transitions.
- Provide accurate timelines and production estimates for motion design projects.
- Select and integrate appropriate music, sound effects, typography, and visual styles to enhance storytelling.
- Stay updated with the latest animation trends, social media formats, and digital storytelling techniques.
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows such as AI image generation, AI video creation, and motion enhancement tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Optimize motion content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, OTT, web, presentations, and digital ads.
Required Skills- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Good understanding of motion design principles, typography animation, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating short-form video content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Kling, Pika, Sora-style workflows, or similar AI image/video generation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, compositing, and sound design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple deadlines.
