Role Overview
Praya Holding is looking for a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Artist & Video Editor to create high-quality video content for digital, social media, advertising, and brand communication platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, storytelling, and post-production. The candidate should also be updated with the latest AI-based creative tools to improve speed, quality, and output efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, brand films, reels, ads, and corporate content.
- Create motion graphics, animations, intros, outros, lower-thirds, transitions, explainer videos, and visual effects.
- Understand and manage the complete post-production workflow, including editing, animation, color correction, sound design, and final exports.
- Convert creative briefs into engaging video content with strong storytelling, pacing, and visual impact.
- Work closely with creative, content, strategy, and account teams to deliver videos as per brand and campaign requirements.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Use AI-powered tools for video enhancement, content generation, voiceovers, animation support, scripting, and workflow automation.
- Review and refine video outputs to ensure technical accuracy, brand consistency, and creative quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, social media formats, AI tools, and digital content creation.
Skills & Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and post-production.
- Strong proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, video pacing, transitions, typography, animation, and composition.
- Experience in creating videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta ads.
- Knowledge of AI-based creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Synthesia, Captions, and similar platforms will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Experience working in an agency, digital marketing, or fast-paced production environment will be preferred.

- Experience in short-form video editing for reels, ads, and performance campaigns.
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and adapt video styles accordingly.
- Basic sound design and music editing skills.
