Role Description
We are seeking a Motion & Graphic Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our Mumbai office. The selected candidate will create high-quality stills, motion graphics and animations, develop storyboards, and collaborate with creative teams to produce visually appealing content. Responsibilities also include conceptualizing and producing graphics for digital campaigns, shooting, working on video editing, and aligning creative outputs with the company’s strategic marketing objectives. You should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working as a Designer in an agency setting
- Proficiency in any content creation including but not limited to social media content, logo design, motion design and motion graphics to create dynamic and engaging visual content
- Strong skills in Graphics and Storyboarding for designing and visual planning
- Experience in Video Production, including editing, animation, and post-production
- Proficiency with all required tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, After effects etc.
- Creativity and attention to detail in developing visually impactful content
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across teams
- Ability to take direction and feedback constructively while also being able to work independently
- Familiarity with emerging trends in digital media and motion graphics is a plus
