Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motion Graphic Specialist based in New Delhi. The Motion Graphic Specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion designs, graphics, and animations. We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic & Motion Design Specialist who can transform ideas into compelling visuals and engaging motion content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, ads, and brand campaigns
- Create motion graphics, reels, and video content for digital platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines
Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of motion graphics and video editing
- Knowledge of design principles: typography, color, layout
- Ability to think creatively and execute ideas effectively
AI & Future Ready Skills
- Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.
- Ability to leverage AI for creative ideation, content generation, and workflow optimization
- Understanding of how AI is transforming design and digital marketing
