Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor, located in New Delhi. The role primarily focuses on designing and producing high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visually engaging content that communicate complex AI concepts in a clear and compelling way.
You will be responsible for creating dynamic animations, explainer videos, product visuals, and branded content that align with Ravan.AI’s innovative identity. In addition to motion design, you will handle video editing, color grading, and post-production to deliver polished final outputs. You will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to transform ideas into impactful visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos for digital platforms
- Develop visually engaging content to simplify and showcase AI products and features
- Perform video editing and post-production, including cutting, sequencing, and sound integration
- Apply color grading and visual enhancements to maintain brand consistency
- Create animated UI/UX mockups, product demos, and social media content
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring creative concepts to life
- Stay updated with latest motion design trends, tools, and storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Motion Graphics and Animation with a solid portfolio
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and familiarity with Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and animation principles
- Skills in video editing and color grading
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience creating content for digital and social platforms is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Animation, Digital Media, or related field preferred
