Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer (Video Editing & Static Creatives) to create engaging visual content for digital marketing, social media, branding, events, and campaigns. The candidate should be capable of handling both motion/video content and static design creatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong storytelling skills, creative thinking ability, and the capability to deliver high-quality visuals aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics and animated videos for social media, branding, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives
- Edit videos for reels, promotional content, corporate videos, product demos, testimonials, and event highlights
- Design static creatives including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, invitations, reports, and other marketing collaterals
- Add transitions, animations, subtitles, sound effects, motion typography, and visual enhancements to videos
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency, design quality, and visual standards across all creatives
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines effectively
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video formats, AI creative tools, and social media content styles

Required Skills
Static Design Skills
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layouts, color theory, and branding
- Ability to create visually appealing and high-quality static creatives for digital and print platforms
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Figma (Preferred)
Video Editing & Motion Graphics Skills
- Strong experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation
- Ability to create:
- Reels & short-form videos
- Promotional videos
- Event highlight videos
- Corporate videos
- Product/demo videos
- Animated social media content
Knowledge of:
- Video transitions
- Audio syncing
- Subtitles & captions
- Color correction
- Motion typography
- Visual effects
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- CapCut
- DaVinci Resolve (Preferred)
AI Tools & Creative Technology Skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative, design, and video editing tools
- Ability to leverage AI tools for faster content creation, visual enhancement, ideation, and workflow optimization
- Preferred AI Tools like ChatGPT, Claude for content ideation & script support, Adobe Firefly and Canva AI for AI-assisted design creation, Midjourney/DALL·E for image generation, Runway ML for AI video editing & effects, Descript for AI-powered audio/video editing, ElevenLabs for AI voiceovers, and Synthesia for AI avatar/video creation.
