Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer & Video Creator role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves conceptualizing and producing motion graphics and video content for brand campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations. The team member will collaborate with strategists and designers to translate brand guidelines into dynamic visual stories, including animated logos, explainer videos, product showcases, and promotional content. Day-to-day responsibilities include storyboarding, designing assets, animating graphics, editing video footage, integrating sound and music, and preparing files for multiple platforms. The role also includes maintaining consistency with brand standards, contributing creative ideas during brainstorming sessions, and meeting project timelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for creating engaging animated content.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Video Production, including shooting, editing, and post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for developing visual assets, layouts, and brand-aligned imagery.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (and similar software) is highly beneficial.
- A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video projects, and brand-focused design work is required.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret creative briefs effectively are expected.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
