About the role
We are hiring a Graphics and Motion with AI Expertise Faculty / Trainer for our Gen AI module at NIHT Digital Marketing Institute. We are looking for someone who actually creates with AI tools every day, and who can teach others to do the same.
Job Location : Bhawanipore & Ultadanga campus. This is the part of our program where students learn to generate images, videos, and avatars using AI, and then use those assets to build real content for clients, brands, and their own portfolios.
This is not a traditional graphics trainer role. We want a hands-on creator who knows Midjourney, Runway, and HeyGen the way most people know Photoshop.
What you will do
Teach the Gen AI module to batches of students at our Bhawanipore campus.
Build assignments and live projects around AI image, video, and avatar generation.
Show students how to use AI tools to ship content that actually looks good.
Help students put together a portfolio they can show to clients or employers.
Stay on top of new tools. The space changes every week and we want you to keep up.
Work with the curriculum team to keep the module fresh and useful.
Tools you should be comfortable with
AI Image: Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo
AI Video: Runway, Sora, Pika, Kling, Luma
AI Avatars: HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID
Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
Prompt writing and getting consistent output from generative tools
Nice to have
Social media content experience, especially Reels, Shorts, and posts built around AI assets
A personal portfolio, creator page, or client work where you have shipped AI-generated content
Any teaching, mentoring, or workshop experience, even informal
Who we are looking for
Strong spoken and written English. You will be teaching in English and students should follow you easily.
Well-groomed and presentable. You will be on stage with batches every day.
Someone who can explain a tool clearly to a beginner.
Someone who creates regularly, not someone who only talks about AI.
Someone patient, warm, and good with students.
Someone who can be in office every day at our Bhawanipore campus.
