Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer based in Delhi, India.
The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics, collaborating with creative teams on video production projects, and developing innovative graphic designs. Daily tasks will involve conceptualizing and executing motion content, ensuring alignment with brand identities, and contributing to the overall visual storytelling objectives of the agency. The role also involves leveraging AI-powered creative tools and 3D software workflows to enhance production quality, speed, and innovation across digital campaigns and branded content.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics
- Experience in Video Production and related processes
- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation
- Experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Sora, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in 3D video and animation software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, Maya, or similar tools
- Creative mindset and attention to detail in visual storytelling
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in an agency setting or with marketing campaigns is a plus
- A degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
