Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Motion Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of
experience in visual storytelling, animation, and design. You will work closely with our marketing,
product, and engineering teams to create visually engaging motion graphics for various
platforms, including social media, product demos, explainer videos, and internal presentations.
As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in defining the visual identity of our brand
and communicating complex AI concepts in an easy-to-understand and compelling way.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging motion graphics and animations
that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Design and animate product demos, explainer videos, and promotional content for social
media and web.
- Visualize complex AI/voice technology concepts in a clear and captivating manner.
- Assist in creating visual assets for UI/UX design, marketing materials, and internal content.
- Edit and optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring all deliverables meet the
required specifications and brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, animation, and technology to incorporate
innovative ideas into your work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising
quality.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with 2D and 3D animation techniques.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics work.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI/tech industry or willingness to quickly learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with voice or AI-based products.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with 3D modeling software like Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Knowledge of video editing, sound design, and production workflows.
