Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Chennai. The Motion Graphic Designer will conceptualize and create motion graphics and animations for advertising, branding, and production projects. Daily tasks include developing storyboards, designing assets, animating graphics, and collaborating with creative directors, copywriters, and video producers to deliver cohesive visual content. The role involves preparing files for video production, optimizing graphics for multiple formats, and maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables. The designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, provide creative input, and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating dynamic visual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production for collaborating on editing, compositing, and delivering final video outputs.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Graphic Design and Graphics for designing assets, layouts, and visual elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and storyboards.
- Strong sense of timing, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Relevant educational background in design, animation, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
