Role Overview
We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who can create engaging video content across social media, digital campaigns, brand films, reels, presentations and client communication. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of visual storytelling, editing rhythm, motion design, typography, music and platform-first content.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit videos for social media, reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, digital campaigns and brand communication
• Create motion graphics, animated supers, transitions, logo animations and kinetic typography
• Convert briefs and campaign ideas into engaging video formats
• Work with footage, stock visuals, music, voiceovers, graphics and brand assets
• Edit short-form and long-form content with strong pacing and visual flow
• Create presentation videos, case study videos and pitch-related AVs when required
• Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs
• Work closely with the creative, design, copy and servicing teams
• Manage project files, exports and video assets in an organised manner
• Stay updated with current editing, reel, motion and social media content trends
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good understanding of aspect ratios, video formats and export settings
• Strong sense of timing, music, transitions and visual storytelling
• Ability to create clean and brand-appropriate motion graphics
• Basic colour correction and sound cleanup skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines
Good to Have
• Agency experience
• Experience with social media reels and digital-first content
• Basic shoot or camera understanding
• Experience with 2D animation
• Knowledge of AI tools, plugins or templates for video workflows
Candidate Profile
• Previous ad agency experience of 2-3 years
• Proficient and confident communication skills
