📢 We're Hiring – Motion Graphics Designer
Greetings from Lulu Group India!
We are looking for a creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team at Lulu Mall Calicut.
📍 Location: Calicut, Kerala
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design and develop high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns
✔ Create promotional videos, event teasers, advertisements, and social media content
✔ Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Branding teams to execute creative campaigns
✔ Edit and enhance video footage with visual effects, transitions, sound, and motion elements
✔ Develop content for LED screens, digital signages, social media platforms, and website promotions
✔ Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines
✔ Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and digital marketing practices
✔ Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery
Requirements:
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design, Video Editing, or Digital Content Creation
✔ Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software
✔ Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
✔ Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms
✔ Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software will be an added advantage
✔ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
