Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design and video editing? Sparkleminds / FranchiseBAZAR invites aspiring design professionals to join our elite digital team for a 6-month paid internship. This is your chance to build a world-class portfolio while working alongside seasoned experts in a dynamic, remote environment.
⏰ Internship Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📍 Location: Remote (Live Internship) 📅 Duration: 6 Months 🚀 Career Path: Successful interns will be offered a full-time position as a Motion Graphic Designer upon completion.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 🎥 Create and deliver 1 engaging video daily for social media platforms
- 🖼️ Design social media graphics and visual content
- 🔍 Develop SEO-friendly images for blogs, articles, and websites
- 🎨 Support the marketing team with digital assets including logos, event collateral, and promotional materials
- ✏️ If you have strong written English skills and can generate simple content independently, that’s a major plus!
🧠 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with a creative mindset
- Must have access to a personal laptop/desktop
- Open to women restarting their careers
📌 Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative concepts
- Edit and produce content for YouTube and various social media platforms
- Present drafts and visual ideas to internal teams and stakeholders
- Apply color theory and design principles to create compelling visuals
- Understand and execute graphic video production and editing techniques
💰 Compensation
- Fixed stipend of ₹5,000/month
- Performance-based incentives determined by your manager’s ratings
