Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and visual assets for video, social media, and digital campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing animations, developing storyboards, working with graphic elements, and collaborating with video producers and other creatives to bring concepts to life. The role involves preparing assets for video production, optimizing graphics for different platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Goregaon, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility to support focused, independent work.
Qualifications
- Strong motion-focused skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to translate concepts into smooth, engaging animations.
- Experience in Video Production, including understanding of timelines, basic editing workflows, and collaboration with editors or producers.
- Solid Graphic Design and Graphics skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and preparing assets for digital and video use.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar motion and design software.
- Ability to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and present visual concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant education or training in design, animation, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and design work that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and an understanding of current visual trends.
