Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves designing and animating motion graphics for social media campaigns, promotional videos, ads, and other digital marketing content. The Motion Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate concepts into visually engaging motion assets that support brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include creating storyboards, designing graphics, editing video, optimizing content for various platforms, and iterating based on feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animated content.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing, compositing, and exporting for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills to develop clear, brand-aligned visual assets.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio showcasing motion and graphic work are highly preferred.
- Relevant education in design, animation, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
