About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, animation, storytelling, and visual communication. You will work closely with the creative, branding, and marketing teams to create engaging motion content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and videos.
- Develop animated explainer videos, reels, promo videos, and typography animations.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams to execute creative concepts.
- Edit and enhance video content with transitions, effects, sound, and motion elements.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual style across all projects.
- Stay updated with current design, animation, and social media trends.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video design.
Proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Understanding of video editing, compositing, and sound synchronization.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Ability to take feedback positively and improve iterations quickly.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Portfolio RequirementCandidates should share a portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.
Bonus- Experience working with branding or digital marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with AI-based creative tools and workflows.
