Role Overview
We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for creating high-performing video ads, reels, and animated content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality video ads and motion creatives for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Design engaging animated videos, reels, explainer videos, and ad creatives
- Edit raw footage and enhance it with motion graphics, transitions, typography, and sound
- Develop performance-driven video creatives aligned with marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the content and performance marketing teams
- Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining quality
- Stay updated with video trends, hooks, transitions, and ad formats
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Motion Graphics / Video Editing
- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks and ad psychology
- Experience creating paid ad creatives and social media video content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
