Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Designer for Events role based in Gurugram. The Motion Designer will create motion graphics and animations for event content including large scale LED backdrops, screen visuals, presentation openers, stings, and social media assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives in collaboration with creative, design, and production teams; translating event themes and brand guidelines into dynamic visual content; and preparing files for seamless integration with event production workflows. The role involves editing and optimizing video content, ensuring high-quality outputs within project timelines, and adapting designs for different formats and screens. The Motion Designer will also stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the visual impact of KEPL’s experiential events.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for events, branded content, and digital experiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Animation and Storyboarding to develop visual narratives, sequences, and event-specific content flows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including basic editing, compositing, and preparing content for different screen formats.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar motion and design software) is expected.
- Strong visual design sense, understanding of typography, color, and layout, and an eye for detail in fast-paced event environments is required.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an on-site, production-focused setting is essential.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and prior experience in events, media, or advertising will be beneficial.
