Job Description: Motion Designer
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design across diverse styles
- Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, and Spline
- Solid understanding of animation principles like timing, spacing, and anticipation
- Ability to convert concepts and storyboards into smooth animations
- Experience in character animation and visual storytelling
- Knowledge of UI/UX motion design and micro-interactions
- Good sense of typography, layout, and color theory
- Awareness of current motion design trends
- Strong time management and deadline adherence
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, or related field (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging animations from static designs for digital platforms
- Collaborate with design teams to enhance user experience through motion
- Develop brand animations, explainer videos, and promotional content
- Design micro-interactions for websites and applications
- Build motion guidelines and contribute to creative brainstorming
