We’re hiring for our client, Advertising & Marketing company based out of Gurgaon.
They’re looking for a Motion Designer who can create from scratch, not just edit, someone who understands storytelling, design, and motion as one.
Role Description
- Create high-quality motion graphics for campaigns, social media, and brand films
- Translate static designs into engaging motion-led storytelling
- Develop original animations, transitions, and compositions (no templates)
- Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams
- Ensure strong timing, pacing, and sound synchronization
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Motion Design (freshers with strong portfolios can apply)
- Strong command over After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, and design fundamentals
- Ability to conceptualize and execute ideas independently
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of storytelling and visual flow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
